About OSDU

The Ontario Student Debating Union is a charitable organization working to promote and co-ordinate Debating and Speech Arts for the youth of Ontario. OSDU members take part in tournaments in English, French and Bilingual formats. OSDU provides educational resources and workshops, organizes the Provincial Championships for top high school debaters and the Junior High Provincials, and selects Ontario debaters for major national tournaments. Description:AKA "Worlds Qualifiers," this tournament is in the spring rather than the fall this academic year and will be held immediately before the Senior National Championships in Victoria, BC. Three students from Ontario will qualify through an internal selection process. Details TBA.
